All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.2. Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.
    Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Exact shipping rates will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

3. Where We Ship
We ship to addresses within the United States, except to specific states and cities where kratom is banned (see below). For international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer service team at support@shopsimply7.com.4. Shipping Restrictions
Due to local laws prohibiting the sale, possession, or use of kratom, we do not ship products to the following locations: 

  • States Where Kratom Is Illegal: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, Wisconsin.
  • Cities and Counties with Local Bans:
    • California: San Diego.
    • Colorado: Denver (kratom is illegal for human consumption).
    • Florida: Sarasota County.
    • Illinois: Jerseyville.

      Please note that kratom laws may change, and it is your responsibility to verify local regulations before ordering. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders to restricted areas.

5. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been shipped:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days.
    Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays. ShopSimply7 is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package via the carrier’s website. If you do not receive a tracking number within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us7. Lost or Damaged Packages
ShopSimply7 is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the carrier’s possession. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. For assistance, reach out to our team and we’ll do our best to help.8. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. ShopSimply7 is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
