Refund policy

We want you to love Simply7, and if you're not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return
Your item must be in its original packaging, either unopened, or if opened containing at least 85% of the original contents.

How to start a return
Email us at support@thesimplylabs.com. Once we approve your return, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send it back to us.
Note: Returns without prior approval won’t be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at support@thesimplylabs.com, and we’ll make things right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We also don’t accept returns on gift cards. If you’re unsure about something, feel free to reach out!

Exchanges
For a quicker solution, we recommend returning the item you have and making a new purchase once your return is approved.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you about your refund status. If your return is approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at support@thesimplylabs.com.
